GenQuest Testing

Thank you for deciding to use GenQuest for you DNA testing. There are three ways you can order a test.

You can call toll free at 877.362.5227 Monday thru Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm PST to arrange for a test. Our knowledgeable and friendly staff will gladly help arrange the test and answer any questions you may have.

Alternatively, you may fill out a Test Request form and mail it to:
