Immigration DNA Testing Step-by-Step
- Discuss your testing requirements by calling our toll-free number
(877) 362-5227 or by sending an email to: ([email protected]). - You will be given a price quote from our laboratory that is calculated during your phone call. A written quote will be available upon request.
- If you choose to begin your case with our laboratory, you will be asked to submit the name, date of birth, address and telephone number of both the petitioner and all of the beneficiaries, as well as the request letter from the Embassy or the USCIS office processing your case.
- A $250, non-refundable deposit is required to begin your case, and this will be subtracted from your final total, it is NOT an additional charge. The deposit can be made via check, money order, debit card or credit card, and your case will begin on the date that your deposit is received.
- Once the deposit is received, our staff will give you a case #, ship the kits and necessary documentation to the Embassy that is processing your case via FedEx, UPS or DHL, and work on scheduling a collection for the party residing in the United States. If your case information and deposit are received by 12:00 PM (PST), your kits will be sent out that same day. If they are received after 12:00 PM (PST), your kit will be sent out the next business day.
- Once the kit is received at the Embassy or US Consulate, the officials at the Embassy will contact the beneficiary for their collection. The collection fee for this collection IS NOT included in the overall price quote, and is the responsibility of the beneficiary to pay.
- The collection for the stateside petitioner will usually be schedule within a few days of starting the case.
- Once collected, the samples will be returned via prepaid FedEx, DHL, or UPS mailer that has been provided by our laboratory*.
- Processing of the samples takes 5-7 business days once they have been received at the laboratory. The results will be reviewed and signed by the director of our AABB accredited laboratory, and notarized by a Notary for the State of Nevada. Results will be released once the final payment is received.
- Testing results are then shipped directly from our laboratory to the US Embassy (via FedEx, DHL, or UPS) or to the USCIS Office processing your case (via US Express Mail). A photocopy of the results will be sent to the petitioner.
* Not all Embassies applies
