Fees are subject to change with out notice.

*There may be additional charges for transportaion of samples and reports.
* A non-refundable deposit of $150.00 is required to initiate the process and will be deducted
from the total cost of the immigration testing.
**Screening tests do not have collection fees becuase kits are sent to the clients. Screening test results
cannot be used in a court of law. 
***The client is responsible for sample collection fees incurred at other laboratories,
which are typically between $20.00 to $50.00 per sample.
