Ordering a Test
Ordering a test from GenQuest is easy to arrange.
Court Admissible Tests can be completed by one of the three methods.
Method 1
Call GenQuest DNA Analysis Laboratory at 877-362-5227 Monday thru
Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time to arrange a test. Our
knowledgeable and friendly staff will help you to arrange the test and answer
questions.
Method 2 (Form)
Print and fill out a test request form and mail to:
GenQuest DNA Analysis Laboratory,
133 Coney Island Drive, Sparks, NV 89431.
The completed form can also be faxed to GenQuest DNA Analysis Laboratory
at 775-358-0657.
Method 3
Complete the online request form.
Paternity Screening
Personal Paternity Screening Tests can be arranged by one of the three methods.
Print and fill out a screening test request form and mail to:
GenQuest DNA Analysis Laboratory,
133 Coney Island Drive, Sparks, NV 89341.
The completed form can also be faxed to GenQuest DNA Analysis Laboratory
at 775-358-0657.
You may also use above Methods 1 and 3 to establish a Personal Paternity
Screening Test.
